Female / Spayed / DSH / Front Declawed

Cecelia was found wandering, most likely a "throw away" and was lucky to make her way to our shelter.  She is a very lovable cat that is enjoying the unlimited food available at the shelter.  When found she was missing an eye and was very, very thin. She was born in June 1998 and even though she is a "Senior Citizen" she has lots of love to share.
