Ansel was found by a caring individual that noticed he was not using one of his back legs so they called us.  X-rays showed that he had a fracture and he underwent surgery to repair the break.  He has some wires and a pin that are holding the bones together until they heal.  He is a happy cat and would like to play but he is on cage rest.  Ansel was born in August 2009 and will make a great cat companion. It will be the middle of December before he would be able to go to a new home. Update:  Ansel has had the pin removed from his leg and he is ready for a home to call his own!
