- Gertie was found in the middle of
Highway 5 all alone and looked like she had been thrown or hit by
something as she had a little "road rash" on her forehead. She is
a survivor though and is eating on her own (okay we help a little) and
loves to be held.
She is too young to be seen as she has to have vaccines and a FIV/Leukemia
test when she is 9 weeks old. Then she could be reserved.
- Watch the website for updates on her
progress.
- UPDATE: July 22 - Gertie had her
nine week vaccines and her combo test.
- She tested negative for Leukemia and FIV
and is ready to be reserved!
