was born in 2002 and is a happy beagle that was rescued by a caring person when
his owners no longer wanted him. He likes to go for walks and sit in your
lap and right now is trying to figure out why he is here. True to the
breed, Joey likes to howl so you know he is around. Stop out and meet this
