Maxie is a large beautiful dog that is looking for a home with a fenced yard and grown children. Maxie came to Animal Lifeline in December of 1999, very loving and very pregnant. Shortly after arriving, Maxie delivered 15 healthy puppies. Maxie loves to lie in the sun and have her belly rubbed. Maxie has been here for a long time but we are certain that we will find the perfect home for her.
Update - March 2008: Maxie had two tumors removed that were malignent. She is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatments. She still remain an active and happy dog!
