Mookie was found as a stray and had an old injury to his left front leg, that went unattended  and his front leg had to be amputated. The photo above was taken the day after his surgery!  He was born in September 2007 and is a happy go lucky puppy that loves everyone!.  His rehabilitation has been great and he is ready to go to a forever home!  He was found stuck on a log/ice jam on the Linn Creek in Marshalltown and had to be rescued by Firemen in wet suits.
