- Shaniqua is a very beautiful lab mix that has a wonderful personality. She was found as a stray and when no one claimed her we took her in. She is heartworm positive and is undergoing treatment and is on strict cage rest. She is not able to have visitors yet, but she would love to have sponsors help pay for the cost of her care. UPDATE MARCH 24, 2010: Shaniqua has completed her heartworm treatment and is now available for adoption. Stop out and meet this smart and single gal!
